I’m trying to begin my new “retirement” life healthy. This has been a LONG time coming. Although I struggle with eating enough fruit,
vegetables, and dairy, I’ve been following a healthy diet. I make it a point to eat yogurt and fruit for
breakfast along with some whole grains and a few nuts -- porridge works the best and seems to satisfy me until lunch. We have a loose routine for dinners:
- Meatless Monday
- Taco Tuesday
- Soup on Wednesday
- Crockpot Thursday
- Pizza on Friday
- Seafood Saturday
